I am trying to export a course and want the course to download in my comp instead of receiving a link for download in my email. It happened for the first course, but when I tried downloading /exporting the 2nd course, it just doesn't download....
The course is not downloading, it keeps sending the download link to my email. The problem is I cannot open that email in the laptop where I need to download this, and if I forward the email, the download button opens a hyperlink and I get into the same loop again.

Hi Daya,
Once you have started the course export, don't choose BACK TO COURSE.
Just leave the export page open and it should download the ZIP file once the download is ready.

Hi Daya,
Have you tried downloading other courses on your Rise 360 dashboard? If so, does this problem happen in any course you export?
I would also suggest exporting the Rise 360 course from another web browser in case the browser you're using is blocking downloads.
