I loaded a custom font into Rise (a long time ago actually) and it seemingly has duplicated itself many times over. I am not able to delete the duplicates OR the main fonts as shown in the video attached.
Please go to Settings>Themes> then scroll a bit down and click on the Customize Theme button.
Once you've clicked on that, please click on Manage Custom Fonts
Then look for the custom font you want to delete and hover over it. On the right side, a Trash Can icon will appear and you can click on that to delete the custom font.
Hazel: If you watched the video I attached, you would see that I have tried that (many times actually). It doesn't work. Can you please escalate this? Thanks in advance.
I have just been told by support that you need to hit the BIN to delete the line and then refresh your browser window otherwise it remains in view suggesting it has not been deleted.

Hi Karin!
I see Phil is handling your case 02883530. He has sent you an email asking you to share your Rise course.

Oh how I wish that were true! :-) I did try it as you will see here.
