Final module will not register on the completion tracker

I am new to Rise 360 and I am having an issue with a final module not registering on the completion tracker.

I have tried reducing the completion tracker percentage required, deleted and re-uploaded etc.

The only thing that I have noticed about this module that is different to the others (which are registering on the course tracker) is a slight difference in the LMS file name - could this be the problem?

Any suggestions for what I could try would be much appreciated!

Hello, Paul! If you're still having trouble with your course completing in your LMS, here are a couple ideas:

Try adding an Exit Course link to see if clicking it will allow completion data to show. You can make this selection when you export for LMS.
Enable debug mode to see the communication being sent to the LMS.
