An issue occured with our client, that the fullscreen mode doesn't work in the videos. They use SCORM 1.2, offline copy works fine, but when uploaded that issue happens.
I there something that might be changed in the LMS itself to make it work?
I am experiencing the same issue. The full-screen mode does not work both with videos on slides using the video player control and within the storyline player control itself. I have tried publishing with 1.2 and 2004. Has anyone found a solution or other workarounds I could try? For now, I am playing with triggers to show a layer where I have the video taking up the entire screen - not ideal, would really like to take advantage of the beautiful interactive media templates!
Circling back to this post - thanks for sharing, Katie! I see that you worked with my teammates and you were able to request your LMS to provide a fix for full-screen functionality with your Storyline project.
Hi, Jeffrey! Is your course launched in a frameset in your LMS? We have an issue documented where the video full screen mode doesn't work if the course is launched in a frameset. As a workaround, set your course to open in a new window instead. Let us know if this workaround works for you!
My full-screen problem was solved via my LMS. It seems it was not a Storyline issue, as full-screen mode did work in the SCORM cloud, but rather an LMS issue. Not a quick fix, but perhaps reaching out to your LMS support could help.
Thank you, Katie. This is the same issue I'm having (working fine in the SCORM cloud, but not in our LMS) - I have reached out to our Content Integration Team for assistance. Appreciate everyone's feedback.
Katie, do you know what specific fix in your LMS was made? We use SAP/SuccessFactors LMS and only can launch using SCORM 1.2. Currently the content object launches in a new browser window within our LMS and we are not using any videos in this training. Thank you

Hi Nikita, is this happening on all the videos and in other courses? Also, are your videos added as a video block or as an embedded video? Thanks!
Hi, the issue was possibly on client's side, was solved by exporting using SCORM 2004.

I am having this problem when published to LMS as SCORM 1.2 . Other than publishing as 2004 is there a fix for this.?
