How to prevent speeding through a course

I am preparing a course for certification. The certifying agency is concerned about students cycling through the lessons quickly without paying much attention. For example, I have a process block with narrated slides. Is there a way to require the student to play the narration before moving to the next slide? Or at least require a set period of time before the slides can be advanced? Similarly, I have a labeled graphic with sections of information in the form of text and/or narration. Is there a way to require the student to open each of the items before moving on?

Hi John,
Rise does not have timers, but you can use Divider / Continue blocks to manage how students move through a Rise Lesson.

John, in some of the courses I have made, I hide the next button until the media completes. That seems to work so far for me.
Hi John! Aside from adding Continue blocks, you can also control the Course Navigation. You can find more information on that here.
