When inserting a hyperlink in Rise 360, the user will click the link, and the link will open in a new tab, but the course will then end and start from the beginning. This is very frustrating for the user of the course, and would really like some help on how to solve.

Could you please clarify if you are experiencing this issue only in your LMS or also when previewing the course in Rise?
If a user clicks on a hyperlink that prompts the opening of a new tab - will the course tab automatically close?
Lastly, would you happen to know if the hyperlink is opening on the same tab as the course? This information would be very useful to help us identify the root cause of the issue.
