Hello, Gail! What a great tool. It looks like it integrates with a website or learning management system where you host your content. The output you create with Storyline 360 or Rise 360 would then be subject to the immersive reading tools that are embedded where the output is hosted.
Let me know if you've used it with an LMS where you've hosted Articulate output. I'm curious to hear how it performs, or if I'm understanding the functionality correctly!
It has just recently been added to the LMS Canvas within Wiki pages. I have not tried within a SCORM package, wondering if it could be added/available directly to Rise/Storyline project? Canvas enables with a button/click to access Immersive Reader.
Interesting! If it could be added directly to Articulate output, we wouldn't be able to provide support for that kind of modification. I'll leave it to the community to provide experience with the immersive reader as that tool matures.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Microsoft Immersive Reader, EAD Einstein!
Right now, I would suggest sticking with one of the following supported screen readers for the best results when interacting with Rise 360 content:
