Importing Storyline 360 into Rise 360 - stuck at the 'Processing Course' stage

I have a Storyline 360 course (5 slides long) with voiceovers on each slide and minimal interactions. I've uploaded it to Review 360, where it plays fine. When I try to import it into Rise 360, it gets stuck at the 'processing course' stage. 

Are there any interactions I shouldn't include in the Storyline course to get it to import into Rise?
