For a new Rise course I wanted to upload pictures / illustrations. I'm unable to upload a .jfif image file format to a Rise course (see attached file).
I checked and this file format should be uploadable (see attached file).
Does Rise accept normally .jfif files? Could anybody help me?
Of course a temporary solution is to convert .jfif to another format, but I ask for a standard situation.

Hi Eddy,
If you have a *.jfif file, you can simply rename it as *.jpeg and you'll be able to upload them in Rise without any problems. I hope this helps!
