My colleague who left the company 1 year ago had shared with me the editable version of a course created by her. Now I need to make some edits and I am not able to find it anymore in the "Shared with me" folder. I have the scorm file for this course. Can I import that one somewhere in order to gain access to the editable file? Or is there any action I need to take in order to gain access to the editable version which had previously been shared with me?
And is there any way of making sure this will not happen in the future? To lose access to a course which was created by someone who had left/ will leave the company?

You cannot import a SCORM zip file into Rise and create an editable version of the course.
The way to prevent this is before team members leave the organization, to transfer ownership to a different team member.
