Multiple Attempts in Rise Knowledge Check Questions
Is there a way to limit presenting the correct answer in Rise knowledge check questions until learners have attempted the question for a second time?

Hi Simon
Currently in the Quiz settings you can "Reveal Answers" on or off, If it is on, the learner will see the correct answer even if they get the question wrong.
Below is a thread that has been going for a while about the same issue

Hope this helps

I need that functionality in the inline knowledge check questions as well. I will post to the existing thread.

Hey Simon,
did you get any suggestions from articulate for this problem?

HI Rise community, I can't find a way to uncheck 'reveal answers'. Could someone provide step-by-step instructions, please? kr, Bea

Hi Bee,
The steps below apply to Quizzes only, not Knowledge Check blocks:
Open your Quiz.
In the top right-hand corner, select SETTINGS
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.
Find Reveal Answers.
Use the drop down menu on the right and choose one of the three options.

Hi guys,
Do you know how to set 2 attempts for each question, but with unlimited tries for whole quiz in articulate rise? Thank you!
Hi Eileen!
You can set a Quiz in Rise 360 to have unlimited retries by opening your quiz, clicking Settings, and then selecting Unlimited for the Quiz Retries option, as shown below:
However, while learners can retry the entire quiz, there isn't a way for them to retry individual questions. We're tracking requests for this feature, and will keep this thread posted for updates that can help!
Let me know if you have any additional questions; we're here to help!

Hi, I have the same issue and would like this feature for just questions in general, even if they're not part of a quiz.
Just like in Storyline, it would be great to have the ability in Rise to set the attempts users have to answer a question. In consequence, the question should only be registered as completed when the user has either answered correctly or reached the set number of attempts (e.g., in relation to a "Continue"-Button showing up after the question has been completed).
Is there currently any workaround to achieve this? - ErinGreen-f8e11Community Member
I have the same question/request as Laura. Has this been made possible?
Hello Laura and Erin,
The option to change the number of attempts for individual quiz questions in Rise 360 hasn't made it to our product roadmap, but we'll leave a message here if there are any changes!

Hey, Any update on this feature. Being able to toggle feedback or set a max attempts before showing the correct answer would be amazing in the knowledge checks. Otherwise, is there a way to just remove the 'try again' feature as it's redundant since it shows you the correct answer and feedback.
