I was working in a team environment with many many other courses.
I had finished one of them and sent it to Rise Review where it got review comments - but when I attempted to locate the Microlearning to make the revisions, it could not be found. Anywhere.
My team has searched for it - and it cannot be found.
So - in the absence of the most basic of cloud-based development platforms (version/history/trash bin)...
HALP!!! How do I get my course back so I do not have to rebuild it from nothing again???
There are a few reasons why a course would disappear from your dashboard. They are:
The course was renamed with a different title.
If you were collaborating on the course with someone else, the course owner may have removed you as a collaborator causing the course to disappear from your dashboard.
The course may have been accidentally deleted. Please check the 'Deleted' folder of your dashboard to see if the missing course is there.
If you are still unable to locate your course, please open a case with our support team here and share the course title so we can check what happened to it.
