I'm wondering if there is a way to add numbered markers to a labeled graphic over number 9. I need up to 15 numbered markers but I only see the option to add up to 9.
There's no limit on the number of markers you can add to a labeled graphic. Can you tell me what browser you're using? Let's see if we can get this figured out :)
HI, Martika! I think that Nick is referring to the fact that there are numbers 0-9. There is a need sometimes to have numbers 10, 11, 12, 13, etc. I know that several users have requested this feature to be added to Rise labeled graphic blocks.
Oops, looks like I misunderstood your original question.
Thanks, Anthony for helping to clarify!
Anthony is correct that we do have a feature request logged for the ability to number markers past 9. I'll make sure your voice gets added to the discussion.
In the meantime, glad you've found a slight workaround!
Yes, this is very inconvenient for software training. Another +1 for going above 9. Needing to build such a simple interaction in Storyline removes a lot of the convenience of using Rise.
Another one for this. I am losing count of the very basic requests that are ignored or passed off with 'no update yet'. This has been a logged feature request for over 2 years now.
I need to add my voice to ask for markers with more numbers. It appears that nothing is being done about this. Surely is is relatively simple to create more markers with numbers? People have been asking for this for years!

Thank you both for responding!
It's looking more like there isn't a way to have numbered markers labeled over 9... I'll have to design around it...
You could create a custom Storyline block to achieve the desired effect.
True that'll be the only way won't it. Thanks for the help everyone; I've got a labeled graphic to make in Storyline!
Nick

Hi Meg! The labeled graphic block numerical markers range from 0-9. Thanks for letting us know you need additional numbers!
So do I!!!!!

Any updates on this? I need to build a Labeled Graphic with labels 1-14 and would really like to be able to do this in Rise.
Hi Sasha. I'm sorry I don't have an update yet!

I need this as well.
Is there no way to text in labeled graphics past 9?
Hi Kimberly! Right now, labeled graphic markers include numbers 0-9. We'll let you know if we add more options in the future!

Another voice for numbered markers above 9. Or even a custom marker?
Any progress on this request yet?
We don't have any updates on this yet. We'll update this thread once we make changes that will help.

I need this too. Please!
This is extremely inconvenient. This is why we're looking at other alternatives.
Is there any update on this request? I need to go above 9 and ideally dont want to build this in Storyline and import to Rise.
No updates at this time, Alex. We've counted all the voices here on our request!
