Good day, we recently acquired Tin Canny to be able to upload Articulate courses to our Learndash LMS. I did 2 different courses, one in Storyline and one in Rise. The Storyline course uploaded to our LMS and works as expected, but I keep getting an error that says the zip could not be extracted for the Rise course. The Rise course file is 86mb and the storyline course is 59 mb, our current file size limit is 500mb. I attached a picture of the error I'm receiving if anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it.
hey, did you manage to solve this issue? I have a similar problem with tin canny that says "Something went wrong when setting up your database". This only happens with one course and not the others. The export settings are the same in all our courses so I'm not sure what I'm doing differently here.
