Hello all. I have some files that are zipped and were created in Rise. Unfortunately I don't have access to the original rise files (the account wasn't renewed and I'm not allowed access). Is there a way to read and view the content from the zip file? Like a zipped Storyline file that has been extracted?
Yep, I see I can't retrieve it as an editable file, however I can unzip it and view the content for accuracy and determination if the content is relevant.

You can't bring a course in a ZIP file back into Rise in an editable format.
You can retrieve the media files from the ZIP file.
