Rearranging List items is really hard to do

Is there a place for bugs and feature requests beyond this discussion board?

Lists in Rise are really hard to rearrange. It would be great if I could click and drag items in the list to re-order, but editing is tedious and it sometimes doesn't respond correctly.

    You CAN drag list items into a different order.

    In the List block, click Edit. Next to each item is a vertical ellipses button. Use that to drag the items into a different order.

    Ahhh. I rarely use the Edit mode. It's always a bit tedious
