Is it possible to have a module in Rise that is restricted, but once its been successfully completed it is then open, so learners can skip to the area they want to revisit. I am convinced this happened automatically in the past but now modules are always restricted. I have tries SCORM 1.2 and 2004 4th ed. I have also ensure the scorm is not resetting to zero after completion.
When restricted navigation is enabled, learners should be able to back to any previously viewed lessons and view those completed lessons in any order. However, it sounds like that isn't working correctly in your LMS.
When you reopen a course you already completed, are you sent back to the first page of the course? Does the same problem happen if you test your LMS output files in another environment, like SCORM Cloud?
