I just went into the Microlearning's where I usually clicked on Browse Lesson Library and pick a topic, where is gives me all the minutes on a Microlearning. But the minutes are no longer there. Does anyone know where I can find the course duration?
I can confirm that the duration in minutes for each Microlearning is still there.
Since this text isn't visible on your browser, try using the zoom-out feature (Ctrl or Command Key + Minus sign) or use a different browser to see if this helps.
At first, I thought well duh why didn't try that but not matter the size I do not see it. Any other suggestions? Well maybe tomorrow they will come back. I have already tried the reboot method. LOL
Would you mind clearing your cache or using a different browser if you haven't done so already to see if works? You'll also want to make sure that the browsers you're using are up-to-date and not running a few versions behind.
If you are still unable to see the minutes after clearing your cache, please open a case with our support team here so we can check what's causing the minutes to disappear from your dashboard.
Apparently you now have to search the titles in the library to be able to see the lengths. I cannot understand why you are making me make another step in downloading courses. I already have to back out and in and through all of the menus to refind any course content folders I was looking at because I can't duplicate tabs. It takes me so long to download content and keep track of where I was.
At first I received a message that they appear when you search in the library, which worked, but I now received a messaged that they have decided that they should not appear anywhere and I can't understand removing this information.
It sure is VERY DISAPOINTING!!! I did watch something on Reach 360 and I'm guessing they want you to pay for that and you will get all that information and duration of curses. It's a bummer they removed it from the Rise 360 platform!!!
I wish they did and maybe they would send it out???? I had started a list and was going to go back to it but this is all I got. Not much I know!!! Maybe someone will help soon?

This has put me at a complete standstill. We need this information to publish.
Maybe Articulate has some kind of spreadsheet we can at least cross reference on? I am also at a standstill.
