Is there a way to restrict lesson access until a certain date. I'm trying to build an infrastructure where a course is completed over the course of a month and different modules (lessons) unlock at the start of each week.
As Karl mentioned, Rise 360 is simply an authoring tool.
The system you plan to implement is best explored in an LMS, where you will be hosting your courses.
I know some platforms offer a delivery date feature that can make courses available at a certain date.
So while Rise 360 can't block access to lessons in a course, you can create individual courses out of each lesson and upload them separately in your LMS. Then if the feature to unlock course access by date is available, you can make each successive course (i.e., lessons) available at a certain time.

As Rise is purely an online course creation tool, it does not have any built-in course delivery or student management functions.
