The only way it works to get this is to copy the course and then delete the old one. When we publish and submit to customer they don't see it either unless we do this. I put both examples as attachments. We need to have the Start button and Details text.... Please help.
Hi Heather! So sorry to hear that the Start button is missing, and you need to copy the course and republish to make it appear.
Can you do a quick check on your Settings>Labels in the Rise account where the course is created, and see if the label START is there? (Screenshot below)
