I am brand new to Rise and am getting this error message when we try to upload to DualCode: 'Incorrect file package – missing imsmanifest.xml or AICC structure'.
Since I have never used Rise before and I suspect that there is something at the export level that I am doing wrong. I am attaching a pic of what I am doing...
Any help would be appreciated and have a great day.

Your screenshot looks good to me; so I don't think you chose an incorrect setting when exporting. Here are a couple of quick tips:
Export a new instance of your course and attempt to upload the zipped SCORM package into your LMS.
If a new version doesn't work, after exporting your course, unzip and rezip the package contents. Try uploading again. Here's a quick video of how to do that.
