Rise: Transferring content from one Teams subscription to another

I have content that I developed in one Teams subscription. That subscription was on hold (or expired) and a contract was being developed and as a stop-gap I was added to another Teams subscription in the organization. My content from the first subscription was still available in the second subscription and I continued my work in the second subscription. Now, the contract for the first subscription is finalized and when I was deactivated in the second subscription and added back into the first, the content was transferred into the admin of the second account's profile and when I logged into the first subscription my files were gone. Is there any way to transfer my content from the second Teams subscription to the first Teams subscription?
