I once saw Tom Kuhlmann demonstrate how to replacethe scenario character with custom characters. The trick is to publish the course, and then replace each character PNG in the assets folder with a custom-character PNG. The new images must use the exact names as the original assets.
A scenario block can use a different character in each scene. But it doesn't allow more than one character in the same scene.
This whole section could be so much better. Being able to easily change the backgrounds would be good. Having an interface where you could click into the branches directly would be interesting too. Yes, replacing characters and having multiple characters would be excellent. Like having the customer calling and then having an instructor character explaining what you need to do for the customer.
