Sidebar Progress/Completion indicator removal via CSS coding no longer working

Aug 05, 2022

It maybe pure coincidence - but it looks like the introduction of the new Themes has broken the coding workaround that removed the Progress/Sidebar indicators as discussed here

https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/want-to-hide-side-menu-progress-completion-indicators

and here

https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/i-thought-i-would-share-a-solution-to-removing-the-progress-indicator-on-lessons-in-rise

Anyone any suggestions - beyond disabling the sidebar altogether - I am surprised something users have been requesting for several years hasn't been cared for, although I am sure there are bigger fish to fry

Hi David! I understand that a workaround to remove the progress/sidebar indicator is not working for you. While we can’t provide help with modifying published output, you can remove the sidebar in Settings so that the progress bar won't show up.

We don't have any updates regarding this functionality at this point. Rest assured that this feature is documented and we'll let you know if there will be any changes.
