having issues with one course that I have in Rise. It exports to LMS and web with no issue, but when trying to PDF sits and spins and never emails or completes.
I have tried on multiple different computers, chrome and edge browsers including incognito as well as different days with no luck. Other courses I own export to pdf with no issues.
Karl is right in that Rise should be able to support images using SVG format - as noted in this article. If you are unable to export your course as PDF again, you can reach out to our support, and we'll help you investigate what is happening.

I have one very large course that has exactly the same problem.
Unfortunately I do not have a solution for you.
This isn't an overly large course so don't think that will be the issue :(
Turns out Rise doesn't like SVG files. Once these were changed the issue has been fixed!

We occasionally use SVG files and have not experienced this problem.
