Storyline elements are not displaying correctly in Rise 360 Preview
Storyline elements that are integrated in Rise 360 are not loading correctly in the preview when using the Mobile-Profile (and Mobile-Landscape) format. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

What you see in the mobile preview is expected behavior as noted in this faq: Which player does an embedded Storyline course use, the desktop player or the responsive mobile player?
Instead, you can use the Share link (shown below) to preview the course on your mobile device:
