This issue occurs everytime we export Rise course into TinCan/SCORM. In Rise or Review we can see the cc and turn them on/off. When we open TinCan/SCORM locally using index.html files the cc are missing.
Is this something that is expected? Most likely it is a well known issue because it happens consistently.
Hi, Nikita! For Rise 360 courses, the closed captions will not display when you test your course locally, but they should display if the output is hosted on an LMS.
The best way to test your course is by using an industry-standard testing engine, like SCORM Cloud.

Forgot to add, it's SCORM 1.2.
