Hi, I just tried using a hex code from an organization's color palette to customize colors for a course, using the Rise Theme menu, and ended up with black. It did not seem to recognize the Hex number that I entered (which is dark blue in the color palette): FFN35F. How can I make this work?
Thanks for your question! I tried entering the HEX code #FFN35F into other color generator tools outside of Rise 360 (ex: https://www.color-hex.com/), and I looks like that HEX code isn't recognized.
Could you double check that the HEX code was typed correctly?
