Unable to Access Rise 360
When I'm on the articulate 360 site and click on Rise 360, it states "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support for help.

I'm so sorry you ran into that error, Robert!
As a first step, please try clearing your browser cache. You can also try logging into Rise 360 from a different web browser.
Please let me know if that works for you!
Not sure my response went through. Cleared cache and it still doesn't work in Edge or Chrome.
Hi Robert! So sorry to hear that you cannot access Rise.
Please try this:
1. Please ensure your browser is updated and then access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Sometimes browser plugins cause odd behavior. Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
2. Restart your machine and try to reaccess Rise.
