Using hotspots in a Storyline block imported into Rise

In the creation of a Rise Course my client has asked for pictures instead of the button stack to link to the sections of the Rise Course. There doesn't seem to be a good way to do this in Rise.  If I build out the pictures in one Storyline 360 slide with a hotspot for each picture, then import it to Rise as a Storyline block, can the hotspots link to the appropriate section of the Rise course?  I have dug around for a few hours but don't see any way to make this happen.
