Videos in SCORM package are not working

I created a RISE course and everything looks good on the Articulate website, but when I export as a SCORM 2004 and upload the package to my LMS (Moodle) some videos play OK but others do not, giving an error message. I uploaded the videos to RISE as mp4 files.

Anyone knows how to fix this annoying problem?

Hi Ramon, thanks for that information. I recommend testing the course in SCORM Cloud, the industry-standard testing engine. You can create a free account here: https://cloud.scorm.com

If the issue doesn't occur in SCORM Cloud, the issue could be with Moodle. Feel free to reach out to your LMS administrator for help.
