text field -1Password
Hello E-Heroes.
I've created an exercise that includes a data entry field, but some users have 1Password enabled, and it pops up when they try to type in the field. It seems 1Password detects these text fields as login or password inputs. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Thank you!!

Hi StepanSvatos-3a I don't think there's anything that can be done on the course side of things, but I did find this post in the 1Password community about this issue with some suggestions. I hope that helps!

Hi Ginger, thanks for the reply and the tip!! I’m creating a course for the whole company, so it’s not feasible to ask every user to adjust their 1Password settings just for this slide. I’m not sure what to do—I’d rather not remove the exercise because of this.

Hi StepanSvatos-3a That area is for announcing an image using a screen reader, and doesn't affect the text boxes. I recommend reaching out to 1Password to see if there's something they could do. From that thread, it looks like they are collecting areas where 1Password is trying to autofill in error.

I found this. Could this be a solution?
