Bulk Invite Reminders

Hi All, It would be really useful if we had the ability to bulk resend invites to pending users either within their groups or as a whole. 

At the minute, I have several groups I need to resend invites to and some have a large number of users.

    Hi VWAS​,

    Happy to assist.

    Reach 360 currently supports bulk resending of invitation emails to pending learners. You can do this by:

    1. Navigating to Manage > People > Pending.
    2. Check the boxes next to the learners you'd like to re-invite.
    3. Click Resend invitations

     

    That said, the process isn’t specifically Group-based. While you can filter users to help narrow things down, there isn’t a dedicated workflow to resend invitations directly at the Group level. I've shared this feedback with our product team on your behalf.
