Course Results stay with user if moving teams
We have team members moving teams regularly and once you take them out of the team, if the course was allocated via the team it removes the course from the user profile. This result should stay with them even if they move teams.
Workaround is not assign courses via teams, but would be good to have the option to allocate via a team.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure on what you mean by 'course results'. Do you mind elaborating a bit more on that? Also, are you referring to Rise 360: Team Folders, with this request?
