Date related content - Alert/Notifications

Content often needs updating at set dates or times during the year. It would be useful for system admins to mark this date related content (blocks/slides) and have an alerts/notifications when it was due to be reviewed or retired upon opening the course in Rise/Storyline. With possibly some sort of calendar or list overview too with links to jump directly to that content.
