EAA Videos (Transcripts)

One of the recommendations/requirements of the European Accessibility Act is to provide downloadable audio/video transcripts or alternative text-based versions of video and audio content which enables learners to access the information in a format that suits their needs and preferences.

Would it be a good idea to allow the video block to have the option of uploading a transcript, just like you do with subtitles? This would avoid adding a separate accordion or file download for the transcript. The transcript could then be an extra player control button to download/view. A much tidier solution.
