Force subtitles display in Rise

Hi, We need to be able to force the display of the subtitles in Rise, when adding a video. Indeed, most of our content are English videos in other languages courses, on top of which we load other languges subtitles. We need to force the subtitles so that the learner directly sees the subtitles in its language. This can be done adding a specific code in the file for instance... Eg: course in Chinese, within which I have a video in English. I want the chinese subtitles to be displayed automatically.
