Make it easier to review completed courses
Hi Hanne,
Thank you for the feedback! Allow me to address each of your requests separately.
Review Completed Courses:
Rise currently supports functionality similar to what you've described when distributing a course through a Learning Management System. Authors can build a course that reveals content progressively by using Continue Blocks set to 'Complete All Blocks Above'. Once a learner completes the course for the first time, those Continue Buttons disappear and remain hidden. Allowing the learner to progress through the lessons freely. However, this behavior is reliant on the capabilities of the specific LMS being used, and the 'suspended data' limits of that LMS.
Having said that, I can see the value in the specific example you've provided. A toggle switch that can be added to the start of a Rise course, allowing learners to switch between different course "versions". I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf!
Search Feature For Returning Learners:
I can confirm that we've been tracking this exact request. A search feature that allows learners to parse through only completed lessons on a navigation-restricted course. I've included your voice in that request, and we'll be sure to notify you if we release a future update that helps.
In the meantime, I'd like to highlight one of our Rise: Labs features, called AI Tutor. When enabled, it acts as a course companion for learners. Allowing them to ask questions, request explanations, or summarize key points. I see that your Articulate 360 Teams subscription currently has AI Assistant enabled. I suggest exploring this feature when you get the chance, then share your feedback with us here.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
