Make it harder to accidentally add buttons to labelled graphics

A lot of the times I accidentally add a button to a labelled graphic as I am finishing up working on them, because it is too easy to add buttons.

I'd prefer it was a process where you clicked add on the sidebar first and then clicked on the graphic where you wanted it to add the button. 

So it was more obvious that I was creating a new button.
