More medical characters without stethoscopes.

For anyone who is developing training in the medical community, there is a new requirement that characters be shown without a stethoscope around their neck as this is a safety hazard. Some more variety of medical characters that don't have stethoscopes around their neck would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
