Sort Comments in Rise
Reviewer comments are visible when editing a course in Rise360, but they are not sortable. Ideally, users could sort these comments by time stamp, lesson/item order, etc. Currently, the oldest comments go to the bottom, typically aligning with earlier parts of the course, while later comments appear at the top.
The current workaround is to start at the bottom of the comment list and work up, but it is counterintuitive.
The comments do filter correctly to show only relevant comments on the quiz or lesson page, but they are still in reverse order.
Maybe helpful to add filters/sorts for different reviewers too.

YES, YES, YES!
I'm working on this project and had to print the entire document so I could match the comments to the appropriate sections. That seems to work against our goal of being paper-free.
I've also encountered issues with trying to respond to a comment while in Rise. It doesn't always work. This means keeping a copy of Review open for comments. - AnjaRupprechtCommunity Member
Hello, perhaps it is helpful if more people comment on this, so here is my contribution: as you have a screenshot from the respective block next to the comment, obviously the system knows where a comment belongs to. It would be really helpful to have it sortet by block or by screenshot. I would be happy to see a solution soon.

I second Anja's comment. Our team is currently utilizing Rise to convert standard job aids into Rise and we have found a lot of the job aids contain screenshots that will be updated regularly. As of now- it is difficult within Review to know which comments correlate to the screenshots the SMEs are referring to. I also agree it would be helpful to have the comment correspond to blocks or screenshot similar to SL with a similar function of being able to easily replace/swap out the screenshots.

I agree that it is not easy to link a comment to the exact part of a lesson. If the lesson contains several blocks, I always spend a lot of time finding the block that corresponds to the comment. We should also be able to filter by reviewer.
