Storage and Saving E-learning

Hi All, 

I'm not sure if anyone has run into this issue, I am currently back from maternity leave and my license lapsed while I was out.  My Company set up a new license for my Mat cover but never thought of the work that I had created.  It went past the 6 month threshold of storing everything I created.  

I saved all SCORM packages on my back-up drive and on our LMS but unfortunately these SCORM packages can't be uploaded to Articulate for editing.  

I now have to create all e-learning again.

    Hi Laura88,

    I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble with your projects after returning from leave. I can imagine how frustrating it must be to lose access to your work. You’re right. Once an account is inactive for more than six months, we permanently delete stored content, and it can’t be recovered after that time.

    Since you have your published SCORM packages, you won’t be able to reimport those for editing in Articulate 360, but you can absolutely use them as a reference to rebuild your courses. If you have questions while rebuilding, our support team is happy to help.
