Themes Automatically Applied to AI-Generated Content
Hi FelixFranke,
Thanks for adding your perspective. I appreciate you sharing how this fits into your workflow.
It sounds like duplicating courses works as a workaround today, but it falls short when you're creating new AI-generated courses and trying to maintain consistent branding. I also appreciate the comparison to PowerPoint. Having a reusable configuration or theme that can be applied automatically helps illustrate the experience you're looking for.
I'd love to learn a bit more about your use case:
- How often are you creating new AI-generated courses that require you to manually reapply your branding?
- Besides fonts and colors, are there other branding elements, such as logos, cover layouts, or button styles, that you'd want included in a reusable theme?
Also, I wanted to mention that we've recently introduced a new Brands feature in beta, which lets you create and apply reusable brand settings across your Rise 360 courses. Functionality will evolve, and features may be modified or removed based on user feedback and stability, but it may help reduce some of the manual effort you're experiencing.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback. The additional context helps us better understand how this impacts AI-assisted course creation workflows.
Hi Luciana,
thank you for answer. Being an in-house trainer (so I have only one client), I miss this every time I am creating a course, actually. Most of our coures have the same CI and we have to change this every time we start a new course.
We use mostly colour and font choices, change the layout. I haven't bothered to create an elaborate, complete theme because it is not seen so strictly, but if it was easier / possible to create a complete theme with colour, layout, fonts, even navigation settings etc., it would be worth doing that because it saves time every time anyone starts creating a Rise360 course. In Storyline, I have adapted the official corporate (PowerPoint) colour scheme, fonts and layout, which works very nicely (after some tinkering 😉).
I will have a look at the beta version of the Brands feature, thank you for pointing that out. After testing that, maybe I will be able to give more details, what would be interesting additions or features. Ih, one thing is of yourse important: Being able to share the settings in the theme, not only in our workgroup but also to external creators.
