I have an Engage FAQ slide with ten slides. Currently, the viewer cannot navigate away from the slide unless he/she goes over all questions. How can I make it possible to navigate away from the slide without having to go over all questions? to make it a sort of reference FAQ page. In the Player Templates>Navigation the User Navigation is set to: Free-user can view slides in any order. please help. Hi, I'm new to using Engage 360, excited at the opportunities with that tool. I was hoping I could publish my interaction (check list) to my Rise course like I can a storyline piece in Review 360, but it's not showing up in my Review 360 published courses once I publish it. It says it can only do Storyline courses, so I assume that's why. Is it possible for me to add my Engage Interaction to a Rise Course, and if so, what's the best / easiest way to do that? Do I need to save it in Presenter as a slide? Thanks! Tamara339Views0likes31CommentsImportint Engage interactions into RISE
I have a RISE course and I want to import an interaction I created in Engage 360. It shows up in Review360 - but inside RISE - it's not one of the ones I can pick. If I run it through SL - and don't change anything - then it is there. Is it not possible to import engage files anymore ? I have several engage interactions that use mp4 videos that are on my hard drive and I also have copies on amazon web services. When I use the (Accordion for example) engage interaction, if I load the .mp4 videos from my hard drive, they play automatically as soon as the student clicks on the accordion tab -- that's what I want to have happen. However the file-size of the .intr file is gigantic -- over half a Gb per interaction. To get around this I publish web links and embed them in engage using the "video from website" rather than the "video from file" option which leaves me with a bloated .intr file. But when I insert the video from the web, it will not play automatically and since the student will be using small mobile devices at times I don't want to force them to hunt and peck for the tiny play button in the interaction.205Views0likes11CommentseLearning Degree???
Hey everyone, Out of curiosity what did everyone go to college for? It seems like there is no clear path to a degree in eLearning. I mostly fell into this career path and plan on going back to school in the fall. But now I have the question of what I should be majoring in. This will be my AA and I know most eLearning professionals have a BA. I will be attending a Community college so my options are not unlimited. But what should my goals be if I like this field and want to stay in it. Any advice in this area is greatly appreciated.159Views0likes1CommentReach360 Automatic Reporting & Email Notification
Good Morning! We would like to request the following development settings. 1. Automatic reporting. I.E. System sends out an email at designated times with Courses Report (export) vs. manual search. 2. Notification when a user completes a course. 3. The ability to pull copies of course certificates for learners. 4. Daily or weekly (option) email outlining learners who are still pending.131Views1like2CommentsPublish a new version of a Storyline course over an existing version in Review 360, while not being the original publisher.
How do I publish a new version of a Storyline course in Review 360 that was initially published by another member of the team? Is this possible, or would that person have to publish the new version? This is an issue if that team member is out of the office and the client needs a new version published, retaining all of the review comments from the initial version. If it cannot be done, does this have to do with our unique Articulate profiles and are there plans to change this in the future so that we can publish versions over other authors? The below error popped up when I was uploading a Word document to an Articulate Engage 360. After a lot of searching and troubleshooting exercises, I found a way to upload the file into the Articulate Engage 360 file by following these steps: 1) Change the macro settings in the Trust Center of your Microsoft Word Document: a. Click File --> Options --> Trust Center --> Trust Center Settings. b. In the Trust Center, click Macro Settings. c. Disable all the macros as shown below: d. Click OK. Hope this helps!119Views0likes0Comments
