Sub Groups in Reach 360
It would be great if there could be sub-groups under user groups in Reach 360. For example, I have several clients who need to train groups of people. I would like to set up a group called Client A and then have subgroups (HR, Customer Service, IT, etc) that could be assigned targeted Courses and Learning Paths.Pass/Fail reporting in Reach360 from Storyline course
Hi all, what’s the best way to set up pass/fail reporting in Reach from a scenario-based graded course created in Storyline and uploaded as a Rise lesson? (Not a block within a course). I saw an answer about how to change a course thumbnail in Reach 360 posted 4 months ago, but the answer was you needed to click on the course thumbnail and be an Admin to view the Details tab after opening course information from the Manage page. I am a Reach 360 Admin and after following the instructions, I can't see the details tab. I only see the Groups and Learners tabs. There were suggestions I clear my cache or login using a different browser. I did those things and I went as far as disabling my ad blocker in case it was interfering in some way. Hello! I have a few questions: We are looking for a way to manually send a reminder to employees who have started their course but have not finished, and now they report that they cannot find the email with the link. We know there is a way to manually resend the invite when the invitation is pending, but is there a way to manually send a reminder after they have started? Alternatively, is there a place to copy the invitation link and send it to the employee directly from our email system? Is there a place in the platform to see confirmation of the invitation emails and reminders that have gone out? Thanks!Tracking Graded Scenario in Rise360 in Reach360
Hi all, Are there any creative ways to create a graded scenario in a Rise360 block and track the score in Reach360? From my research, it looks like the only option is to create a Storyline block as a separate course. Has anyone found any other workarounds? Thanks! AnyaView completed lessons in Reach360
We have created a Rise360 course which is published to Reach360. We would like to know which lessons students have completed in order to determine if there are areas of the course that need to be redesigned. At the moment, when we go to Reach360 - View Reports, we can only see the number of lessons students have completed, not the actual lesson names. Is this possible? I've recently published a module which included an 8 question knowledge check followed by 2 feedback survey questions. I set these both up as separate Final Assessments with a trigger on their respective results slides to submit results. I then published to Reach360 with tracking for multiple results slides only - both results slides were selected - the knowledge check one first, followed by the survey results slide as show below. Problem is, I have created a new course seemingly with the same settings, triggers, etc and only the survey results are pulling through to Reach360. What am I missing? How can I get all results pulling through to Reach360?maximum learner
Hi, I have a learning path that I made a group of learner for. When initially I enrolled the learners in the group, they received the invitation and could take the training. Later, I added some extra learners and they received the invitation. Now, it seems that when I add new learners in the group, they don't receive anything. Is it because that there is a maximum quantity of learner I can add in a group? They always stay ''pending'' in Reach 360 and when I ''resend'' they don't receive anything either.
