Is there a way to track response from a Microsoft Forms with Reach?

I have a Microsoft Form that I embedded in a Rise course and hosted in Reach.  Is there any way to pull the analytics from that form in Reach?  If not available with Rise would it be possible to do with Storyline?

  • Hi WalgreensCourse there are not any native features that would allow you to track the data from Reach. Does it need to be a Reach form? My initial thoughts is to build the equivalent in Storyline using a survey and results page so that you can track the data.

Microsoft Forms does not integrate directly with Rise or Reach for pulling analytics. The analytics from the form are managed within Microsoft Forms itself. In Storyline, you can track completion or interaction using SCORM or xAPI, but it won't pull detailed responses automatically. You would need to use variables or custom triggers in Storyline to track learner interactions. For detailed form data, exporting from Microsoft Forms remains the best approach.

  • You could do it in storyline using a Microsoft automation and then send the data.

But it is probably easier to build the survey in storyline questions and track that way
