957 TopicsRecording a SME with Replay 360 on a computer without Articulate 360
It stands to reason that I, as a content developer, will not be a SME on many of the topics that I will be tasked to create eLearning. Generally, this is not a big problem, except when I need to record a screen with Replay 360. Our company security protocols will not allow me to have someone else use my computer to log in to an application while I am logged in using Articulate 360. How then do I allow the SME to use their computer to run the application we need to record when the SME does not have an Articulate 360 license and the software on their computer? Using Trial Software does not work for repeated needs and doesn't seem fair to Articulate, and purchasing an additional license just for this use is out of the question. Maybe I am stuck just using trial software. I'm happy to hear any suggestions. Thanks.47Views1like7CommentsShow letter options for quiz answers
Question....creating a quiz....is there a way to have the letter options on multiple choice questions (ie, the A,B,C,D...) show up by default/on their own? Or would the letter options have to manually entered on each question for each answer?19Views1like4Commentscan we have a player update that match to Storyline 360
Can we have a Articulate presenter, Engage, Quiz maker player update that: matches with the HTML5 player of Storyline 360 Enhanced feature for video to add closed caption multiple languages Multiple quiz results tracking along with xAPI option More accessibility features as per industry standard and keyboard short cuts adding interactive demo that are produced with Storyline 360 screen recording features More responsive player features to be adaptable to all browser and devicesAlternate Language button
Is Articulate looking at creating a button that can be put on a slide that allows you to switch to a different language for the course. It would be cost-effective for customers to have one course that housed multiple languages so the LMS system used to deliver and track training records does not charge to host multiple versions(different language options) of the same course material. For example, I would create an English and Spanish version of a course. On the first slide, a button labeled "Spanish Version" with instructions to click here for Spanish would allow a learner to easily switch from English to Spanish. Another option would be to have the English slides followed by the Spanish slides and an action button still labeled Spanish version would allow the learner to jump to the Spanish slides. When the "Spanish Version" button is selected the course will display the Spanish slides, not the English slides. Is this a viable option to auto translating feature for all the courses?Hi Studio, Presenter 360 Users: Button activation location issue
We are getting complaints from both users on our LMS (Moodle) and those using Absorb LMS that our buttons show up visually, however the clickable area is either down 1/2 inch and right or left as evidenced by student provided screen shots. Some buttons do nothing at all even though the action is identified in the player. Additionally, they are unable to get the "Submit All" button to produce action even thought it changes color when moused over. Most users have difficulty finding the actual button location and this ceases training. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, was there a resolution? Greetings: I hope you can help us with the following: Highlighted text shows fine while editing a slide, but disappears on the preview (and the final file). Sharing screenshots. It's a system running Windows 10 Pro 20h2, Microsoft Office 365 and Articulate 360. All system drivers, mentioned programs and the O.S. are fully updated. I couldn't find any similar problems listed so I decided to create a new discussion. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance for my grammar. English is my second language.
