My team works in a very collaborative environment and the "owner" of the course in Rise360 may not be the only owner or the only person that needs access to publish the course to our LMS. We previously all had access to publish the course as long as we were listed as collaborators (manager or editor). As of today, this access is gone and only the owner has the option to publish the course. I saw in Articulate Community that this question has been asked previously in the context of an employee leaving the organization and it was recommended to just share the link. This does not allow us to publish the course in our LMS to track completion for compliance. I'm not sure what changed for us to previously have access to the publish feature regardless of ownership or why we no longer have the access to do so, but there should at the very least be an option to assign collaborators as "co-owners" so we can have equal publishing/modification rights on team projects. Thank you!107Views13likes1CommentSOCIAL LEARNING in Articulate Rise
I LOVE Articulate Rise but... I am aware of the fact that the possibilities for Social Learning with these courses are none. And what I mean by that is the letting the learners to drop comments about specific sections of the course and have replies and interactions with those comments. I know it is hard to develop something from scratch but... wait a minute! That is exactly what the REVIEW 360 section does with the courses. What if.... Articulate uses the same engine to manage comments already available for Review 360 and let us use it to be able to add comments to blocks of the course?? Please respond or vote to this if you agree. I am not optimist, but you never know.84Views8likes0CommentsRise 360 Theme update
With accessibility being critical could there be some future enhancements for changing theme colors for fonts and buttons? We have brand color requirements and there are too many limitations for setting theme colors for fonts and buttons. This would be a huge help to ensure course designers are meeting accessibility requirements. It would be an amazing upgrade if users had options to edit buttons and title fonts that don't carry through and change the entire course.50Views6likes0CommentsAI Voices
Just my two cents, AI Voices were good because we didn't need to go back to our live voice to get something redone, or if we wanted to update 1 slide or add something to a presentation. Now we are seeing voices being removed so the advantage of the AI voices is reduced. I see 2 posts this morning and it's not even lunch time from people that need to make updates to 1 or 2 slides, change a word, or add something and the voice is gone. Maybe we need to look at AI again.Solved205Views4likes11CommentsIdeas Portal
The community has suggested a huge amount of ideas over the years. Can we have a searchable portal so we can see them all in one place: ID/Category/Post Date/Review Date/Description/Comments/Votes/Related Ideas Status Reviewed Under Consideration Low Probability of Delivery Fair Probability of Delivery In-Progress Currently Available30Views4likes0CommentsScreen recording jumping back to start frame before moving onto next slide
Hi Is anybody having an issue with the screen recording feature? I have added a screen recording to my project using the 'try it' feature so it presents as a system simulation, however when completing the actions e.g clicking on a hotspot, the screen recording action will play, but then flash back to the start frame before moving onto the next slide. This doesn't make it flow very well... This hasn't happened in the past so I'm under the impression it's a software glitch?Solved536Views4likes20CommentsUnable to access my Articulate 360 account

If your AI video opens with a flat scene, most viewers will tune out. That’s why I transform boring talking heads into bold, animated intros that grab attention fast. In this quick tutorial, I show how to turn a PSD layout into a dynamic scene using Camtasia, PowerPoint, or Storyline, without spending hours. Why it matters? AI presenters are everywhere now, but without strong visuals, even great content falls flat. This layout helps you: Save time on design Easily match your brand Hook your viewers in seconds Watch the demo: https://youtu.be/PqWr1p0VjsI?si=FDFTkQ2Y08VsCV0K Download the PSD file below and try it out.91Views2likes2CommentsHiding the Menu During the Final Quiz
Hi Team, I have a question about the menu in Rise 360. I’ve created a course with a final quiz, and I’d like to hide the side menu when learners enter the final quiz. The goal is to prevent learners from navigating back to the lessons while they’re completing the quiz. Additionally, I would like to add a "Retake Course" button on the result page. Is it possible to implement these changes for the final quiz? Thank you in advance!
