Hi All, I am hoping that this could be a quick fix, as the data is already available, but only in the CSV file you can download from theManage Team page. It would be very hand to have the "Date last used" information appear along side each user in the list of Seats Assigned. At present all we can see is the seat number, the Name and Status. It's is bare information, to make the page more useful the Date last used, would be invaluable to the team. Regards Paul13Views0likes1CommentFixed video loop issue creates new issue
Hello, I am looking for a work around for what I believe is an issue created from fixing the video loop issue. What is happening is now video reverts back to the first frame when completed. In the past, video ended on the last frame and would stay there. We have built many activities leveraging this functionality. for example, we have a video complete with a question prompt within the video and then a layer pops up with question. Now when the video ends it loops back to the first frame and we experience a really awkward jump when played from a trigger. Incidentally we don't experience this when the video auto plays, but for ADA reasons we don't auto play. I have tried stopping the video via a timeline trigger prior to the end and the revert to first frame is still an issue so that isn't a possible solution. Two questions, is this fallout from the video loop update and is there a work around to make video end and stay on the last frame? Hi Saviors, I'm working on a SL course, and I need some customization, wherein I need to segragate/separate the users based on their roles to take a specific part of the course. And, to accomplish this I would want to extract the user email id and then add a logic in the SL file using JavaScript to have the users attempt specific part of the course based on their roles (Associates and Managers). Hi Is anybody having an issue with the screen recording feature? I have added a screen recording to my project using the 'try it' feature so it presents as a system simulation, however when completing the actions e.g clicking on a hotspot, the screen recording action will play, but then flash back to the start frame before moving onto the next slide. Hello. From time to time, I have been unable to "tag" review comments in Review 360. Even when I attempt to tag a reviewer who made a comment with their email (since they are not part of the Teams account), their name does not appear on the list when I type in "@" with their comment email address. Hi everybody. I have embedded a storyline file to Rise 360 that has 2 slides, moving one after the other with a button interactivity. While previewing this, on a desktop view the file looks like slides passing one after the other as I click the button, just like how it works in storyline. But I am unable to view the same in Mobile view as the tool changes these slides or images into a video.(Adding screenshots here) Is there a way to NOT convert the interactive slides into video in MOBILE VIEW? Hi Team, I'm facing a translation issue in Rise 360. I followed the three localization steps shown in the video link: https://training.articulate.com/videos/rise-360-translate-your-course Make a duplicate of this course Exported the course text as an XLIFF file from the course duplicate (see attached Export Translation.png). Imported the translated text file (see attached Import Translation.png and Import Successful Message.png). However, after importing, the course content in the source file is still displaying in the original language rather than in the translated language (French). Here is the review link for the Demo for Translation (French) course link: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/89d886bd-a841-4ae9-8403-617c59891281/review. I've also attached the Demo-for-translation-french.xlf file, which contains the French content. Although I see the "Import Successful" message, the content does not update to French. Note: I have selected French from the Custom Course Labels dropdown under Labels, which applies to the French language in the player but does not affect the course content.
