Hi all, I'm looking at building a quiz in Rise 360 that will be used as a assessment and hosted on my organisations Cornerstone LMS. The only content in this Rise build will be the quiz containing questions from a bank. There will be no other content present. However, I've been asked if it's possible to track individual questions so we can delve into what questions learners got right and wrong to identify areas we may need to improve training and learning provision. I've come across this article: https://www.articulatesupport.com/article/Rise-Quiz-Data-Sent-to-an-LMS that lists the data sent to an LMS by Rise 360 when using a quiz to track course completion, but I still would like some additional clarification on some details. Where the article mentions "student_response" and "correct_response", are these question specific? - if a learner completes a quiz consisting of 10 questions, do two pieces of information for each question get sent to the LMS (student and correct response data for Q1, for Q2, for Q3, etc.)? Is this level of data tracking available using SCORM 2004 4th Edition? - if yes, aside from selecting SCORM 2004 4th Edition when publishing to SCORM, are there any other options I need to be looking at to get it to work? If anyone has any experience with the Cornerstone LMS (UK/EU region if that matters), do you know if it can support reporting on this question by question data and how to access it? Or do you have any links to any material that can explain this? Many thanks, Sam50Views0likes3CommentsArticuland Boston 2025 Cocktail Reception
I attended the summit in September and now, months later, my manager has asked that I make a presentation about it to our team. I really liked that at the cocktail reception they had tables assigned to different workforce sectors, health care, education, etc so folks with similar backgrounds could find each other easily. I took quite a few photos while I was at the summit but I didn't take any at the cocktail reception. I'm hoping someone might have taken something and be willing to share. I just want a nice wide shot of the room full of people as a supporting visual.53Views0likes2CommentsSpark trail effect. How to do it?
I´d like to create an animation that resembles this effect: a spark or star that leaves a trace of little sparks that fade away. I tried one with graphics that have in and out animations, placed in consecutive times on the timeline, and a motion path for the main spark. It works fine, but I´d like to know if some Storyline wizard could come up with other solutions. Thanks.69Views0likes2CommentsNext Button Disabled on Resume After Video Completion – Storyline 360
Hi Team, I have a query related to the Resume behavior in Articulate Storyline 360. In my project, a slide contains an MP4 video. The Next button is initially disabled and is enabled only after the video completes, which works correctly on the first visit. However, when the learner closes the course and relaunches it, then clicks Resume, the slide resumes correctly but the Next button appears disabled again, even though the video was already completed earlier. Requirements: Player: Default Modern Player Navigation: using default navigation, and Alternative solution using custom navigation This issue is critical, and I need a reliable solution that ensures the Next button remains enabled on resume once the video has already been completed. Please advise on the best possible approach to resolve this. Thank you.176Views0likes7CommentsSeeking feedback on a short scenario-based learning module (portfolio project)
Hi everyone 👋 I’m an early-career Learning Experience / Instructional Designer and I’m currently building my portfolio through small, focused practice projects. I’d really appreciate feedback from this community on a short scenario-based learning module I’m developing. 🔹 Tool: Articulate Rise 🔹 Audience: Adult learners / working professionals 🔹 Learning goal: Help learners practice clear, respectful communication and decision-making in realistic situations. 🔹 What I’m sharing: This is a portfolio prototype, not a finished product. The focus is on learning flow and interaction design rather than visual polish. 👉 [https://share.articulate.com/FPxECjbTRXNEWb9H2gMiW] 🔹 Feedback I’d love input on (feel free to comment on any): Does the scenario feel realistic and relevant to adult learners? Is the learning objective clear through the interaction? Does the flow support learning, or are there points that feel confusing or unnecessary? Is the feedback after learner choices helpful for behavior change? Any suggestions for improving engagement or reducing cognitive load? I’m very open to honest, constructive critique — this project is meant for learning and iteration. Thank you so much for taking the time to look and share your expertise. I really appreciate it!55Views0likes2CommentsConvert Rise to Storyline
Can you take an existing Rise course and convert it to Storyline? I have tried the PDF to PPT route and importing that into Storyline (too many distortions and slides are not even 20% the same) and read below on another possibility. I have tried multiple options from below and it just shows a location address. Thank you! From the web: Yes, you can embed Rise courses into Storyline. To do this, you must first export the Rise 360 course as a web package and extract the zip file on your computer. Then, add the extracted folder to your Storyline project as a web object334Views0likes3CommentsArticulate 360 - Cannot Login - "No Subscription"
Hello everyone! I have a user who just upgraded to Windows 11 and now on his new machine he gets this error message No Subscription - Which he does have. Their tech support remoted in and said it's a permissions issue? The weird thing, it works on the old pc still which is great but when installed on two different Windows 11 machines we get the same message "No Subscriptions." there are no active login sessions. Any help is greatly appreciated!30Views0likes1CommentProject STORYVIEW is an OCD Nightmare ☠
I have created a robust gamification module that will be repurposed for 8 more modules contained in the same project. There are a lot of if/or in my declarations, which leave my storyview a complete mess - even though it works perfectly. Is there any way to get this more organized through any of the onboard tools or tricks? Have a look here: http://www.thomasjpaul.com/storyline/Storyview_Unorganized.mp4 My DEV link is here in case you want to have a look at it in action: http://www.thomasjpaul.com/402-1L-04-IMM-229/dev/ Thanks so much for you time!!147Views0likes5Comments
